‘THE THREAD’ is an interactive podcast/vlog experience where both the streamer and the guests add a new colour, shape, pattern, bead to a series philosophical discussions  that strung together by Patanjis Yoga Sutras.

Our guests are a kaleidoscopic mystical collective of international yoga teachers, space facilitators, and experience curators that are not only inspirational, but evoke the essence of  Yoga Sutras in their offerings. Each week we’ll have another opportunity to engage not only  with these sacred texts, but these magical and expansive minds.
